I recently had a bcc removed from my neck by Mr Williams, he made what could have been a traumatic experience into almost an enjoyable one. The whole team were pleasant and friendly making you feel at ease, all questions were answered and I was in and out within 40 mins.
If all Doctors were as human as Mr Williams the NHS would be a better place.
Mr Williams took time to fully explain the procedure. He also answered one of my questions more thoroughly and helpfully than the doctor at St Lukes dermatology clinic, such that I now have a better underdstanding. He was also extremely personable, which made for a very relaxed process. The whole team were on-time, proficient, and I was leaving the hospital within 1/2 hour of arriving: amazing.
Mr Williams excised a lesion for me. I imagine that this is a relative small routine out-patient operation but Mr Williams was both friendly and very professional: he put me at ease, explained the procedure and took great care carrying it out and explaining the follow up process. He seemed to work with the test of the team that day and had a good rapport; I was impressed with the team as whole.
The best experience with a Doctor ever as delivered everything a patient would wish for and more.
Many Doctors have excellent clinical skills or a good bed side manner, Mr Williams has both.
A perfectionist, takes his time and genuinely caring towards his patients.
What speaks volumes is that he is the Doctor the nurses recommend because 1. he is excellent as what he does and 2. the nurses love him because he's appreciative of them and treats them with utmost of respect respect.
Excellent doctor, did a great job repairing my finger, kept me entertained while he did it too. Many thanks.
